Project Transform: Training School Psychologists to Advance Evidence-Based Practices with Young Children with Disabilities

preschool child learning
Principal Researchers: Rachel Stein

Project Transform is a five year project (2026-2031) funded by the Federal Office of Special Education Programs to train School Psychologists (PsyD) with a focus on supporting infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with disabilities and their families. Participants will engage in a course of study that includes fieldwork, coursework, and professional development opportunities culminating in a PsyD in school psychology and competence working with young children and their families. Through this project we also hope to build out and provide additional learning opportunities for related service providers and to create additional early childhood fieldwork opportunities for school psychology students.
