Learn the fundamentals of leadership coaching for equitable practice, including how to create the conditions to explore issues within the coaching relationship, how to help leaders set equity-focused goals and build upon their strengths as leaders, and how to support leaders to create an actionable plan to achieve their goals.

Our research-based curriculum of best practices in leadership coaching for equitable practice is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements and coaching competencies.
