The Executive Coaching for Educational Equity Certificate is a professional, non-degree certificate designed for leaders within learning organizations, school districts, and institutions of higher education. Our approach at the University of Colorado Denver is to support working professionals in an engaging, blended format of monthly modules completed through asynchronous and live, interactive webinar sessions. Our research-based curriculum of best practices in leadership coaching for equitable practice is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements and coaching competencies.
