“The Executive Coaching for Equity program has challenged me to reflect on my own background, values, and experiences. Through learning about myself, I am better equipped to support others. I believe that this journey of self-discovery empowered and prepared me to support leaders and organizations to create a more equitable environment in the workplace.” - Cohort Participant
“A benefit of this program was the opportunity to receive an executive coach for several months and to learn from their actual strategies and approaches.” - Cohort Participant
“I think one of the strengths of the program is the intensity of focus on coaching, developing the skills/practices of coaching and practicing coaching while also being coached. This focus in all aspects - learning about, practicing, being coached- was exemplary in both stretching my own skills and cementing them into my practice.” - Cohort Participant
