Richard Argys accepted a position as Senior Instructor in the School of Education and Human Development in 2009. He currently teaches courses in Secondary English Education and writing for the Responsive Literacy Education, Teacher Education, and Education and Human Development Programs. Argys also co-directs the Denver Writing Project, CU Denver’s local affiliate of the National Writing Project. Before that, Argys taught high school English and humanities for 24 years, where he also served as a mentor for teachers and teacher candidates in the Adams School District Twelve in Northglenn, Colorado.
