About the Partnership: Through Transitions to Teaching grants (TTT) of the The PAR2A Center and T-PREP, there has been collaboration with several rural districts and provided training and supports to build capacity for teacher leaders to take on the role of mentors for teacher candidates and first year novice teachers.
