Shane Saeed, EdD, is an instructional coordinator in Longmont, Colorado. She holds a doctorate in executive leadership with an emphasis on educational equity from CU Denver and is committed to advancing instructional practices that support all learners.
She is the author of Be the Flame: Sparking Positive Classroom Communities, which highlights practical, high‑impact strategies for building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families. A national speaker and presenter, she also co‑hosts the Vrain Waves podcast, featuring insights from educators and thought leaders on effective classroom practice. Saeed was named one of 20 Emerging Leaders by the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development in 2022 and one of the International Society for Technology in Education’s “20 to Watch” in 2024. She also co‑developed a structured morphology program for grades four and five grounded in the principles of structured literacy. She enjoys connecting with educators around the world through Instagram, TikTok, and X.
