Nicole Holland (she, her, hers) joined CU Denver’s School of Education and Human Development in 2024 as the Director of Accreditation and Assessment.
Nicole has worked in higher education for the past 18 years, starting as a research analyst within Walden’s University Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. At the end of her tenure at Walden, Nicole served as the Director of Institutional Research. Nicole most recently served as the Director for Accreditation and Assessment at DU’s Morgridge College of Education.
Over the course of her higher education career, Nicole has gained experience in institutional data reporting, survey administration and reporting, accreditation support, state and federal compliance, voluntary reporting, and initiative / program evaluation.
As a member of SEHD’s Assessment Office, she and the team provide support in the areas of student learning assessment, continuous improvement, assessment data infrastructure, and external program quality.
