CU Denver’s BA to MA program (BAMA) in Education and Human Development is an expedient option designed to allow CU Denver students to complete both an undergraduate degree in Education and Human Development and a master’s degree in as little as five years.Undergraduate Teacher Education
The BA in Education and Human Development in teaching and school leadership prepares you for a career as an educator and to earn one of many initial licensures. You may opt to apply to our BA to MA program which will allow you to apply nine credits of your BA program to an MA.
Bachelor of Arts in Education and Human Development, Early Childhood Education (License)
Degree Earned: BA License Classroom Type: Online and on campus classes Prepares future teachers to work in inclusive and diverse early learning environments with infants through age eight. P-TAP is an online innovative and flexible pathway intentionally designed by the University of Colorado Denver for working paraprofessionals across the State of Colorado to complete a bachelor’s degree with licensure in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Special Education.
NxtGEN Teacher Residency
NxtGEN is an innovative teacher preparation pathway with a strong focus on diversifying the teacher workforce. It develops undergraduates into highly competent teachers who possess the knowledge and skills needed to serve students of diverse languages, cultures and abilities in urban and rural classrooms.
