The course catalog provides the information you need as a CU Denver student. In the current catalog, choose the Graduate Catalog.
The School of Education & Human Development has a general Student Policy Handbook for all MA, EdS, and Graduate Licensure, Endorsement, and Certificate students. In addition, each program of study has a program-specific student handbook. Please review both handbooks prior to beginning coursework! To find your program handbook and course requirements, go to the Graduate Student Resources page and click on the drop down menu under Program Specific Resources. Save a copy of your program handbooks for future reference!
Academic calendar - registration dates, drop/add deadlines, for Denver campus (face-to-face, hybrid, and online) courses, graduation application deadline and final degree posting dates. Deadlines and processes may vary for Continuing Education/Extended Studies courses.

After you’ve replied to (accepted) your offer of admission, please allow a few business days for processing before logging into UCDAccess with your university credentials. Once you’ve logged into UCDAccess, you can also log in to your CU Denver email account and Canvas.
Email is the official means of communication for CU Denver. SEHD will only send communications to your CU Denver email account. Please use your CU Denver email when communicating with Academic and Faculty Advisors.
UCD Access Portal - used to register for classes, pay bills, apply for graduation, view unofficial transcripts, accept financial aid awards, apply for scholarships, and more.
Canvas is the online learning management system.
A few notes about Canvas
Zoom is an online conferencing tool available to all students, staff, and faculty.
The SEHD student computer lab is located at Lawrence Street Center (LSC), 1380 Lawrence Street, Room 701.
Room 701 also includes an open area with tables for students to work and plus two study rooms. The study rooms are available for all SEHD students to utilize. You may use either study room when unoccupied.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm while classes are in session

Many campus resources are student fee supported services for Denver Campus Students. Certain resources are only available during the terms you’ve paid associated student fees. If you are enrolled in only online courses or Extended Studies/Continuing Education courses, please note that you won’t be charged the student fees affiliated with access to some campus resources.
