Suzanne Arnold joined the School of Education and Human Development in 2006 and has since played an integral role in teacher education at the university, where she helped launch and currently serves as Director of ASPIRE to Teach, the alternative teacher licensure program.
Dr. Arnold has more than 30 years experience in education working as a science teacher, professional development designer and facilitator, and teacher educator. Her expertise is in curriculum and instruction in content areas and culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogies.
Arnold's hobbies include playing piano, golf, and kayaking. She enjoys exploring and traveling with her wife.
